Now here's a strange thing. The stage-3 tarball I used seems to have its run levels in a mess: the boot level is only sparsely populated, and there's no default run level at all. This was stage3-i686-20181207T214502Z.tar.xz. Is this a new way of doing things? -- Regards, Peter.
