Please tame your tongue. The correct package would have been qtx11extras. But it is already in the dependencies when you build kwindowsystem with USE="X".
Post the output of emerge -pv kwindowsystem And also have a look into /etc/portage/package.provided if it contains qtx11extras. Of course it could be that there is some issue with how Gentoo sets up the build for kwindowsystem.
