Thank you canek! It is a little embarrassing since I got to the same screen as you see in step 5 via a different path but didn't think of "reset". Instead I tried "security" and "identity", made my changes but could not "apply" them. I am back at nyu on tuesday and will definitely try your suggestion. Thank you again. allan
