When I did the upgrade, some items went bad. DPMS, though loaded, when I try to blank the screen via xset
$xset -display:0 dpms force off will trigger a complain. (where it worked previously) When I do ALT-TAB, the windows will be a complete "black" where it was previously showing the wireframe window (gnome on low resources) and with the original window still visible.
