How do you activate/de-activate kwallet-pam?

This is what my /etc/pam.d/kde contains, in case yours is different:

$ cat /etc/pam.d/kde
#%PAM-1.0

auth       required     pam_nologin.so

auth       include      system-local-login

account    include      system-local-login

password   include      system-local-login

session    include      system-local-login
