I'm transferring several large files between two computer connected by a gigabit link.
The link is working as espected, and scp can perform at 15MB/sec, but konqueror's fish:// is someway limited to 1,2MB per file. I can parallelize fish:// to transfer copying many files at once, each at 1-1,2MB/sec up to an aggregate limit of 7MB/sec, but it is a bit impractical... Google wasn't helpful, this time... Does somebody know where/how can I improve fish:// speed and throttle at full speed?
