Has it happened to you? A user saved a message reply as a draft and came back after lunch to continue, only to discover that half the response was missing. Given that some of it was the result of a two hour investigation I had my hands full trying to pacify them.
Why was part of the draft lost and is there a way for me to recover it? -- Regards, Mick
