Hi. I was going to install gentoo on my laptop and since I needed an easy WPA2 wireless connection I used "system rescue cd" for installation. After finishing the installation when I booted gentoo the "ifconfig -a" didnt show my wireless interface. I thought that I have not included the driver, so I used the genkernel to compile another kernel but the problem is not gone.
have I missed something? thanks
