Hi, after the recent stabilization of gnome3 I want to migrate away from the whole gnome-toolchain. Maybe I will migrate to systemd in some months, if everything has settled down but as for now I don't think I gain anything from it.
The thing is, on my laptop I used to use the gnome-power-manager along with cpufreqd and laptop-mode to manage battery-mode. Is there any good replacement for this tool that doesn't belong to one of the big desktop-environments (I use i3 since 2 years ago)? best regards, - Benjamin
