I probably haven't looked at this file for years, but it contains named:x:40:40:added by portage for bind:/etc/bind:/sbin/nologin #named:x:40:40:added by portage for bind:/etc/bind:/bin/bash
#postfix:x:207:207:added by portage for postfix:/var/spool/postfix:/sbin/nologin postfix:x:207:207:added by portage for postfix:/var/spool/postfix:/bin/bash I've now changed postfix to nologin, and since then it has restarted cleanly and accpted new mail. Does anyone have similar in their passwd or is this weird?
