Again, Meino, you're not stating clearly enough what you've done. Did you unset these USE flags and remerge the package? I would be inclined to unset these USE flags globally and remerge all packages which use them, but I don't use ACLs or extended attributes, so this might be bad advice for someone who relies upon them.
