The Win4Lin-sources appear to be gone?? they used to be there. Although I usually patch my own kernel for the ck-sources optimizations. I think the gentoo, or vanilla sources patch pretty straight foreward, although I'd stick with 2.6.11, as the 2.6.12 series are problematic with the win4lin patch set so far.
