I've overcome that problem by modifying ssh wrapper script by adding -F /location/of/.ssh/config
Right now Im going to test it

It looks like distcc sets up its home directory (from SSH's
perspective) as /etc/distcc. So you would want to edit
"/etc/distcc/.ssh/config"
