No problems here, but... 1) Yes, all my old network adapters were chosen correctly 2) ALL manufacturers were enabled unnecessarily 3) Interestingly, it seems that nearly every NIC coming after the last one of mine was also selected even though they hadn't been previously. So, while _I_ wouldn't say make oldconfig is broken, I _would_ say make oldconfig is broken. ;-) - Mark
