Yup. Read: /usr/share/hal/fdi/90defaultpolicy/storage-policy.fdi Basically you'll be forcing (using the device-id) the path where it is mounted. Then just drop your changes into: /usr/share/hal/fdi/95userpolicy/storage-policy.fdi There are examples on Google, but since I'm temporally on dial-up, I don't have the sites at hand right now.
