I am old fashioned in this regard. I have ~500 LPs and some more CDs and listen to them on my ancient, but excellent, Onkyo-HiFi. I think, that this is gstreamer related. Colleen uses phonon-gstreamer, whereas I use phonon-xine, because I had only bad experiences with the gstreamer phonon-backend. Best, Michael
