Look into:

* media-video/ushare
     Available versions:  
                ~       1.1a "~amd64 ~x86" [dlna nls]
     Homepage:            http://ushare.geexbox.org/
     Description:         uShare is a UPnP (TM) A/V & DLNA Media Server

it should work once you connect a wireless (USB?) adaptor to your TV and sort 
out connections across the LAN.
