Since there are no usb3 ports on the motherboard I do not think changing ports 
will work, I will try to put the dongle in another port and try to restart; 
XHCI is already disabled.

I have not found any files related to usb3 in /etc/udev or in 
/lib/udev/rules.d, so I really do not know where to disable usb3 in udev.
