Everything seems to be in order, then. The symptoms look very much like: http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=366879 (Look at the duplicates for the symptoms.) FWIW, docutils emerges fine here, but I do have a UTF-8 locale. -- Remy
