Hi, gentoo. When I try to run an emerge world, I get this error:

One of the following packages is required to complete your request: - dev-libs/libgcrypt-1.4.6 (Change USE: +static-libs) (dependency required by "sys-fs/cryptsetup-1.1.3-r3[-dynamic]" [ebuild]) (dependency required by "sys-apps/hal-0.5.14-r4[crypt]" [ebuild]) (dependency required by "@selected" [set]) (dependency required by "@world" [argument]) What is this saying? That I need to locate a use flag "static-libs" and change it for package libgcrypt? Presumably it is libgcrypt which is dissatisfied. I'm having difficulty parsing the mssage.
