Hi, Just picking the last post I read here. OP. You may want to read this:
http://grub.enbug.org/LVMandRAIDI know little about LVM and nothing about RAID but found that howto that is pretty straight foreword on how it should work. Also, make sure you are using a version of grub that can see RAID/LVM. According to what I read, not all versions can, only the most recent has that "feature".
It also has a grub.conf example too. Maybe that will help to. Hope that helps. Dale :-) :-)
