I'm sure there's many people on this list that have to support relatives broken PCs ^_^ For me, i have Vista (OEM, came with the laptop) running in a VMware virtual machine for iTunes (dont get me started on that POS) and Office (still cant trust OO to do a good enough job for paying customers who use MS Office).
