It will be replaced by sozial networks, which offer far more features for sozial networking. But that is something different from having a dedicated news server for a technological project like news.gentoo.org. However that would make only sense, if it is fully synchronized with the existing lists. Else it would lead to an unnecessary split of the userbase. Al
