emerge -puDt world (not -puD world -t) should give you a tree view of what's calling what. My guess, for what it's worth, is that the gkrellm-sensors is the gtk1 version (requiring gnome 1 support) rather than the gtk2 version (requiring gnome 2 support). In fact, I don't think the package 'gkrellm-sensors' is even used for gkrellm2, but is integrated into the main package (I'm running gkrellm2, but I don't use sensors. However, I see that the first lising in the Configuration =>Monitors=>Inbuilt section is in fact 'Sensors'. I'd paste the info, but it's all in Dutch. Holly -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
