I'm using ~amd64,and I sync my portage tree just now,but I couldn't upgrade to dev-lang/python-3.1.2-r4. "UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe4 in position 1: ordinal not in range(128)" any help?thx
