You can have multiple networks specified in /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf and in /etc/conf.d/net.
I think you can just specify the various SSIDs / credentials in wpa_supplicant.conf and if you don't want the adaptor just to get an IP address by DHCP then you can do that in /etc/conf.d/net
