Tell me about it! Pages don't open or give errors or

Yes, I read that bit. But it comes up "On" in another
PC.

How? There's only an IDE connector on the drive.

Just happen to have PQ7. Can't use it at all on the
Sempron box. I used it on the K6 box
to generate the two disk boot disk set but they are
not transferable to the Sempron box. They boot to a
gray/green screen with some garbled text and then
nothing.

Think I'll try qparted mentioned by James Hiscock
further up the list.

BTW, I tried installing another, 200M drive as master
and emerged grub onto it. When I ran grub it took
about 2mins before finally giving the error: lost
interrupt. Is that fatal?
