Well after googling and reading have the night, I figured that one out...
Amazingly I could find little formal documentation on kcore, in fact
it is an image of the ram....

cat /proc/kcore was my final proof of satisfaction.....
(sometimes I have to learn things the hard way...)

TMy problem is the /root/.ccache dir keeps filling up. I keep deleting it.

Not sure how to tame this demon......
