This is because kwifimanager is part of kdenetwork. If you use the KDE monolithic ebuilds, merge kdenetwork with the wifi USE flag to get kwifimanager. You only need to merge it separately if you use the split ebuilds. -- Neil Bothwick "F*ck it" said Pooh, being more forthright than usual.
