/usr/portage/media-tv/mythfrontend/mythfrontend-0.18.ebuild

Just after the RDEPEND=... line.

Although, for completeness, you should take a look at how to use
PORTDIR_OVERLAY (in /etc/make.conf).  This way, changes you make to
ebuilds will survive 'emerge sync'.
