My ISP appears to have at least some support for IPV6, which I can
access even going through a NAT'ing ADSL-modem-cum-router. I know this
because I got bitten by the Gentoo mirrorselect booby-trap when I
installed. Now for the questions...

  1) First I'll have to rebuild my kernel with IPV6 support and reboot?

  2) I don't see the ip6tables binary anywhere on my system. Do I
simply set +ipv6 in USE in /etc/make.conf and then run
emerge --ask --deep --newuse --world

  3) I assume I'll then have to run etc-update...
     - to remove the iptables startup entry, and then again
     - to add the ip6tables startup entry

  4) Do all USE options default to "-", i.e. off, if not explicitly
specified?

  5) I noticed some other USE options I want to change, having used
Gentoo for a few months now. Are there potential problems with changing
several USE options at once, other than a longer emerge --newuse<g> ?
