BTW Why you want to "fetch-all-uri" before ? It may be a waste of bandwidth and make sense only in a multiARCH/developer farm.
BTW2 there is a typo in /usr/man/man1/emerge.1.gz that associate -f to fetch-all-uri, it should be "-F" capital F, is some portage dev reading or we must open a bug ? -- No problem is so formidable that you can't walk away from it. ~ Charles M.
