Huh?

I have never ever had any power failures with my laptops, if the thing
is connected
to the power outlet and this one fails, well, the battery at least
gives me a chance to
"gracefully" shut down the computer. 

Maybe I made a "newbie"  choice, but so far, no problems yet.
