Hi Grant, LT are awesome, ive been with them for 9 months or so now. I even managed to install gentoo on the box over ssh, without any problems and they dont seem to care a bit. The support is top notch, reboots are fast, replies are fast. I had a power supply blow on my server a month back, they had it fixed and the server was back online within an hour.
