with USE="ipv6" to crash?

I vaguely remember something quirky about those sysctl settings but no crashes.

Also, I don't think it's much easier than setting USE="-ipv6" =)

It's slightly different, I agree, but those that don't like ipv6 on by default may appreciate it.
