[gentoo-dev] media-video/mpv removed USE flag

I've noticed that on my last @world update, mpv's libplacebo USE flag 
got removed and portage pulled in libplacebo.
Was there any reason behind this change? Mpv has been working perfectly 
fine so far without libplacebo.
