Hi, As per Intel's site sys-apps/intel-performance-counter-monitor has been forked by them and now runs under https://github.com/intel/pcm.
I'll take a stab at updating the ebuild to this new version as it seems to be an interesting tool. I'm also willing to maintain it going forward.
