This was hinted at earlier in the thread. My goal wasn't to say whether it was or was not an issue, but bring the focus more on the tangible impact, as I think that will probably help to make this less about philosophy and more about impact. I think that is more likely to create action (whether that is a policy change or improvement to the tooling). -- Rich
