These are all VMs; the host running them failed and it took a while to bring the failed host back up[0]. I believe all services are restored, sorry for the inconvenience. Mainly I'd expect a delay in email; as email is a store-and-forward system and our mailserver was down for half a day. -A [0] Infra members were busy in that AM with work meetings and the remote login documentation was a bit out of date; we are working to update that playbook.
