Openrc's localmount doesn't wait for udev to finish anymore (partially
because udev doesn't 'settle' by default), and so instead of adding a
'use udev-settle' WilliamH decided to notify people to just not use
udev-triggered symlinks.

The LABEL= or UUID= syntax in /etc/fstab is more robust so it makes
sense for users to use that instead of these symlinks anyhow.
