I think media-libs/ming-0.4.4-r1.ebuild is the only thing left that lists php5-3. Considering that we have # Brian Evans <grkni...@gentoo.org> (22 Jan 2015) # PHP module split into dev-php/ming-php which is still ~arch <media-libs/ming-0.4.5 php in base/package.use.mask, it's probably safe to kill php5-3, too, unless that throws warnings.
