You could plausibly also have a filter in bugzilla that detects escape
codes in the log, and adds a display link that routes to a page rendered
through `ansifilter -H` , similar to how we have a diff formatter for
patches.

I'm not sure the exact layers of glue required to make that viable in
bugzilla, but it doesn't seem impossible.
