This really resonates my continued desire to be able to add QA checks to
repoman without needing to modify the repoman code. I know Repoman already
has a whole lot of eclass-based checks, but they appear to be hardcoded in
the checks themselves ( repoman/checks.py ), which means to simply enforce
some degree of sane usage of an eclass, one has to modify portage itself to
add the checks..
