Over time a number of packages have ended up in the ruby herd due to maintainers leaving and being dropped from metadata. These packages really need dedicated maintainers who understand what these applications are meant to do and who can do proper testing for them. As such, I'll be adding maintainer-needed as the primary maintainer to these packages in a week or so unless someone picks them up.
