Yes, since council meetings are where the crucial voting happens. Council members that fail to show up to meetings are not generating the output we have voted them in for. Any other opinions they display (be it on mailing lists, IRC, jabber, radio programs, TV shows) which do not result in a changed vote are irrelevant. Regards, Tony V.
