Hi everyone, As you all know, it's somewhat annoying when a version bump in a package such as xorg-server triggers a need to rebuild reverse dependencies, and it would be really great if we could automate this.
We already have something that's very close to a solution in EAPI 3, called the 'operator slot dependency' [1], but it doesn't quite fit. It would be nice if we could tweak the spec to handle this case.
