Yes, this would imply CONFIG_TMPFS_POSIX_ACL to actually be used.

USE=glib has a couple of packages already, and this looks like another
good one for it.

dev-util/gperf is not a lib. It's one of those packages that should
almost NEVER be seen in RDEPEND even, as it generates C/C++ during build
time only.
