I tried that. Unfortunately, then people consider his arguments to be valid (without having read them). Any objection to a proposal that hasn't been addressed every time it has been raised, regardless of the merit of the objection, is considered by the Council to be grounds to delay things indefinitely or reject them. -- Ciaran McCreesh
