Both of these GLEPs are still pending progress on the above commitments. We cannot move forward before these steps are completed. I looked over the discussion on -dev and it wasn't entirely clear to me what needed to happen next. Mart, perhaps you could fill us in -- do you need to respond to some of the open questions?
