Thanks for responding. Every contribution and criticism will be welcome.
As regards the schedule, i believe a weekly timeline is more appropriate
due to the statistics part of the newsletter. However, the important part
is to get it done regardless of the timeline. I guess once in two weeks
may be acceptable but monthly is a bit off for a distro newsletter. Also
should I cc -project and -gmn about the issue? Where to look for the
guidelines on how to proceed and even if its possible to revert the 
GMN --> GWN?
